This journey has led me to study with leading experts - training in Nervous System work with Jessica Maguire, becoming certified in TRE®, and somatic (SE) and trauma-informed practices. Through years of experience and certifications, I've integrated powerful tools like trauma-informed yoga, Somatic coaching, Health coaching, mindfulness and therapeutic practices (yin yoga, yoga nidra, restorative & therapeutic yoga) into one comprehensive approach, designed to guide you back home to your authentic self.
