Hi, I'm Alba Porras. For over 15 years, I've dedicated myself to understanding the profound connection between mind and body. Since 2013, I've specialized in somatic approaches, working with incredible clients who have shown me precisely which methods create genuine transformation. This journey has led me to study with leading experts - training in Nervous System work with Jessica Maguire, becoming certified in TRE®, and somatic and trauma-informed practices. Through years of experience and certifications, I've integrated powerful tools like trauma-informed yoga, Somatic coaching, Health coaching, mindfulness and therapeutic practices (yin yoga, yoga nidra, restorative & therapeutic yoga) into one comprehensive approach, designed to guide you back home to your authentic self.
