Join Kumari Sky and Alba Porras on Saturday, October 12th at 4pm and awaken your well-being through A Somatic Yoga and Sound bath Journey.

An event designed to help you release stress and recharge through gentle Somatic Yoga and the supportive use of a unique prop called a BackMitra.

Alba will guide you through movements that calm the nervous system, release muscular tension, and foster a deep sense of relaxation and well-being.

Kumari will provide a soothing sound bath during the yoga experience with Alba. Using crystal bowls, metal Himalayan bowls, a gong, and chimes, she will create a sonic atmosphere that gently shifts the nervous system into deep relaxation and restoration. This practice promotes overall physical and mental well-being while guiding participants into a meditative state. The combination of sound healing and somatic yoga enhances the body's natural capacity for healing
